Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Metro Manila 2–4 business days [Rate or Free]
Provincial (Luzon) 3–7 business days [Rate]
Visayas & Mindanao 5–10 business days [Rate]
International 10–21 business days [Rate]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

We ship via trusted couriers including but not limited to:

  • DHL (for international orders)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the courier's website.


Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ArisevaCommerce@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.
